The Xtreme Monkey flat bench is built around a single-piece mainframe — no bolted joints to work loose, which is the usual failure point on budget flat benches. There is an easy-carry handle and rear transport wheels so you can move it out of the way between sessions, and rubber feet protect the floor.
At 18″ H x 25″ W x 48″ L it has a wider profile than an entry-level bench, which gives more shoulder support when you are pressing. Matte black powder coat finish, and it is built for home, vertical and commercial markets.
