The TRU-Kinetics Upper Cycle Aero 841 is an upper body ergometer — an arm crank that brings the benefits of a leg cycle ergometer to the upper body: a wide range of exercise speeds, measurable work rates, and a full anatomical range of motion. Resistance is isokinetic and accommodating, meaning the machine holds a set speed and matches the force you apply rather than a fixed weight.
That makes it usable across athletic training, performance testing, physical therapy and cardiovascular conditioning, so the same machine serves a healthy athlete and a rehab patient.
