A pre-owned Cybex Metabolic Systems upper body ergometer — the arm-crank machine that turns up in cardiac rehab, physiotherapy and performance testing. Resistance is isokinetic and accommodating: it holds a set speed and matches whatever force you apply, so the same machine works for a deconditioned patient and a trained athlete.
Speeds are controlled at 30, 60, 90 or 120 RPM. It is self-powered with no AC connection required, and seat height, fore/aft position and arm crank length all adjust.
Footprint is 64″ L x 45″ W, machine weight 225 lb, user capacity 300 lb. Cosmetically fair with visible wear, functionally sound, at $695. Delivery across New England.
