The ETE 4-in-1 bench covers flat, incline, decline and seated press work from a single station — four benches’ worth of angles in one frame. The seat adjusts independently with a shock-assisted mechanism, which is what lets it hold a genuine seated press position rather than simply tilting the back pad.
It is full commercial construction: 1,000 lb weight capacity, 120 lb machine weight, wheels and a handle for moving it, and a lifetime warranty on frame, parts and pads under proper use. Pad height is 19.5″ from the floor, overall 58″ x 22.5″, with the seat tapering from 16″ to 12″.
