Spirit Fitness CRW800H2O Water Rower

Description

The Spirit Fitness CRW800H2O Water Rowing Machine is a light-commercial water rower built around a pressure-tested tank angled at 45 degrees, giving you a wider range of resistance than flat-tank designs. It offers 6 levels of resistance driven by a textile strap and bungee cord with a water impeller, running on dual aluminum rails for a quiet, smooth stroke.

Large flex pedals with easy-adjust numbered settings, a neoprene-dipped handlebar, and a raised 16-inch seat height make the CRW800H2O comfortable and easy to get on and off. The adjustable 5.5-inch LCD console clearly displays Time, Distance, Calories, Pulse, SPM, Total Strokes, Watts, 500 Time / Avg Time 500, and Level, with five preset programs (Target Time, Distance, Stroke, Calories, and Heart Rate) plus Manual mode. Stroke detection is automatic – sit down, pull, and the workout starts.

The heavy-duty steel frame stores upright on its transport wheels, and the console runs cord-free on (4) AA batteries.
