Benches and gym equipment for home and commercial floors
Benches and gym equipment for home and commercial floors
Xtreme Monkey builds for the home, vertical and commercial markets, and its flat bench is the piece we stock: $300, and the least expensive way to add a solid pressing station next to a rack or rig.
The rest of the range is quoted to order. Tell us the model and we will confirm what is available and what it costs.
Cheap flat benches fail at the joints. That is the whole engineering problem, and this bench solves it by not having any.
No bolted joints to work loose. On a budget flat bench the bolted frame is the usual failure point — it develops a rock, then a creak, then a wobble, and you stop trusting it under a heavy set.
One piece of steel removes that failure mode entirely.
18″ H x 25″ W x 48″ L. The width gives more shoulder support when you are pressing, which is what separates a bench you can train on from a bench you can only sit on.
Matte black powder coat finish, with rubber feet that protect the floor.
An easy-carry handle and rear transport wheels, so it moves out of the way between sessions. In a garage gym that is the difference between a bench that gets used and one that stays where it was left.
At $300 it is $100 off the regular price.
Racks, rigs and the wider range are quoted to order rather than listed. We do not publish prices for equipment we cannot ship today.
If you are kitting out a space from scratch, tell us the stations you need and the floor you have.
If you already own an adjustable bench, you do not need this one. If you press inside a rack and only ever press flat, a flat bench is cheaper, stronger for the money and faster to set up than an adjustable.
Buy adjustable when you actually use incline and decline. Buy flat when you do not, and put the difference into the bar.
We have supplied and serviced fitness equipment in New England for over 35 years, and we service every brand we sell. A flat bench is the simplest thing on a floor and the one most often bought badly.
We deliver, install and service what we sell. Viewings are by appointment.

We are a New England fitness equipment dealer based in Manchester, New Hampshire. We supply home gyms, commercial facilities, hotels, schools and physical therapy clinics across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island and Connecticut — and we service every brand we sell.
Because we both sell and service the equipment, the advice you get is not shaped by what happens to be in stock. If a machine is wrong for your space, your traffic or your budget, we will say so.
Tell us the room, the traffic and the budget and we will tell you what actually fits — including when the honest answer is that you do not need to spend as much as you think. Call, email, or request a quote and we will come back to you.
