Commercial benches and strength stations
Commercial benches and strength stations
We stock one Extreme Fitness machine: the 4-in-1 bench, at $595. It replaces four benches — flat, incline, decline and seated press — with a single frame, which is why it is the bench we suggest when floor space is the constraint.
The rest of the range is quoted to order. Tell us the model you are after and we will confirm what is available, current pricing and lead time.
Multi-angle benches are usually a back pad on a hinge. This one is not, and the difference is the seat.
The seat moves on its own shock-assisted mechanism rather than following the back pad. That is what lets the bench hold a genuine seated press position instead of simply tilting you backwards when you raise the backrest.
Pad height is 19.5″ from the floor, the frame is 58″ x 22.5″, and the seat tapers from 16″ to 12″.
Flat, incline, decline and seated press. In a home gym that is the difference between buying one bench and buying three, and in a facility it frees floor space for something that only does one thing.
Decline work in particular is the movement most home setups skip, because a dedicated decline bench is a large object for one exercise.
A 1,000 lb weight capacity and a 120 lb machine weight, with a lifetime warranty on frame, parts and pads under proper use. Wheels and a handle let one person move it, which matters in a room that has to be cleared between sessions.
At $595 it is $200 off the regular price.
Other benches and strength stations are quoted on request. We do not publish prices for equipment we do not hold in stock, because a stale price is worse than a phone call.
If you already know the model number, send it over and we will come back with availability and cost.
If you press on a rack, yes: flat, incline and decline all load the chest differently, and a bench that only does flat leaves two of the three out. If you press on machines, the answer is usually no — put the money into the machine.
The 4-in-1 earns its space when one bench has to serve several people or several programmes. If it is only ever going to sit flat, a good flat bench is cheaper and just as strong.
We have supplied and serviced fitness equipment in New England for over 35 years, and we service every brand we sell. On a bench, the pads and the adjustment mechanism are what wear — and they are the two things a dealer has to be able to replace.
We deliver, install and service what we sell. Viewings are by appointment.

We are a New England fitness equipment dealer based in Manchester, New Hampshire. We supply home gyms, commercial facilities, hotels, schools and physical therapy clinics across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island and Connecticut — and we service every brand we sell.
Because we both sell and service the equipment, the advice you get is not shaped by what happens to be in stock. If a machine is wrong for your space, your traffic or your budget, we will say so.
Tell us the room, the traffic and the budget and we will tell you what actually fits — including when the honest answer is that you do not need to spend as much as you think. Call, email, or request a quote and we will come back to you.
