Four things make up most York orders. None of them are worth buying on a spec sheet alone, which is why the questions below are the ones we actually ask.
Bars are the part of the range people ask for first. The variables are knurl, diameter, tensile strength and whether the bar is built for Olympic lifting, powerlifting or general strength work.
Tell us what you are lifting and who is lifting it. A bar that suits a 250 lb squatter is a different purchase from one that has to survive a school weight room.
Plates and dumbbells are heavy, and freight is part of the price whether a listing shows it or not. Buying them through a dealer means the shipping damage conversation happens before delivery rather than after.
Tell us the increments you need and whether the plates will be dropped. Rubber, urethane and iron are different purchases for different floors.
A rack is bought around the bar, not the other way round: the upright spacing, the hole spacing and the J-hook height all have to suit the bar you are putting in it.
Storage is the part people leave until last and regret. Tell us how many bars and how many plates you are holding and we will size it with you.
York is quoted to order, not standing stock. We do not publish prices for equipment we cannot ship today, because a price that changes before you order is worse than no price at all.
