Incline bodyweight training systems
Incline bodyweight training systems
Total Gym is the original incline bodyweight trainer: a sliding bench on a rail, where the percentage of your bodyweight you lift is set by how steep the rail is. No stacks, no plates, no cables to replace.
That is why the design has survived in principle for decades. We stock a used commercial Total Gym at $2,695.
Four reasons the incline trainer has stayed in gyms and clinics while other home machines came and went.
Bodyweight on an incline means resistance is set by the angle, not by adding plates. There is no stack to service and nothing to load, so a session starts the moment someone sits down.
The movement is supported and guided, which makes it usable for rehabilitation, older users and anyone coming back from injury — the reason it turns up in physical therapy clinics.
The commercial frame is longer, heavier and rated for shared use; home units fold and are rated for a household. A used commercial unit is the better buy if the machine is going on a gym floor.
Rails, glide board, cables and the incline pin. Cables and the glide surface are the wear items, and both are replaceable — ask us what has been replaced on the unit before you buy.
One unit in stock at $2,695. It is a used commercial machine, so ask us for the condition notes and what has been replaced before you commit. See the Used Commercial Total Gym for the current listing and photographs.
We have supplied and serviced fitness equipment in New England for over 35 years. Used equipment is only a good deal if the wear items have been dealt with, which is why we would rather show you the condition notes than let you find out after delivery.
We also service what we sell, so a used machine bought from us still has somebody to call.

We are a New England fitness equipment dealer based in Manchester, New Hampshire. We supply home gyms, commercial facilities, hotels, schools and physical therapy clinics across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island and Connecticut — and we service every brand we sell.
Because we both sell and service the equipment, the advice you get is not shaped by what happens to be in stock. If a machine is wrong for your space, your traffic or your budget, we will say so.
Tell us the room, the traffic and the budget and we will tell you what actually fits — including when the honest answer is that you do not need to spend as much as you think. Call, email, or request a quote and we will come back to you.
