The BodyCraft VR 400 is the simpler sibling of the VR 500 rower: manual resistance instead of electronic controls, so you set a level and row. Sixteen resistance levels run from air-only at level 1 to a combination of air and Eddy Current technology from level 2 upward, which gives a smooth, quiet stroke without the maintenance a water tank needs.
The frame folds up for compact storage and rolls on built-in transport wheels. The handlebar is lightweight aluminium with comfort grips, the seat travels on precision bearing glide wheels, and the footrests have quick-adjust heel and belt straps.
