ELLIPTICAL REPAIR — NEW ENGLAND

Elliptical Repair & Service Across New England

An elliptical carries load through a linkage rather than a belt, so the failures look different from a treadmill: a knock on one side, a pedal that drops, resistance that disappears, or a stride that suddenly feels uneven. We repair ellipticals on site — home and commercial — across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island and Connecticut.

Equipment down right now? Call — we answer.

A Repair Company That Also Sells Ellipticals

We sell ellipticals from Intenza, BodyCraft, Spirit Fitness and Circle, and we repair those plus every brand we don’t sell. We also know which faults are worth chasing on an older machine and which ones mean the linkage itself is worn out.

  • Linkage and bearing wear on high-use machines
  • Resistance and drive faults that make the stride feel loose
  • Console and power faults on connected models

What We Fix on an Elliptical

Describe the noise, the side it comes from and when it happens — that alone narrows most elliptical faults down.

  • Pedals, pedal arms and foot plates
  • Stride linkage, arms and pivot bearings
  • Drive belt and drive belt tension
  • Resistance faults and eddy-current brake problems
  • Flywheel bearings and centre bearings
  • Knocking, creaking and grinding noises
  • Console, display and touchscreen faults
  • Power faults and machines that won’t start
  • Incline or ramp mechanisms on incline ellipticals
  • Handrails, stationary grips and frame welds

How It Works

1. Tell Us What's Wrong

Fill out the form or call. Brand, model and a description of the symptom is enough to start.

2. We Come Out and Diagnose It

We figure out the part it needs. You tell us if you want it fixed or repaired.

3. We Fix It

We come out to replace the parts, and repair it.

Local Service Across New England

We’re a mobile service team. We come to you — there’s no shop to drive to, and no shipping damage to argue about. We cover a roughly two-to-three-hour area across Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and parts of Vermont and Maine.

Just outside the area? Call anyway — if we can help, we will, and if we can’t we’ll tell you straight.

When an Elliptical Is Worth Fixing

Ellipticals are the machine where the repair-or-replace call is least obvious. A worn pedal or a stretched drive belt is cheap to put right and the machine will run for years afterwards. A collapsed linkage on a ten-year-old home unit is a different conversation.

We will tell you which one you are looking at, in plain terms, before any work is booked. We would rather lose the job than take money for a repair that won’t hold.

Repair It or Replace It? We'll Tell You Honestly.

Sometimes a repair is the right call and sometimes it’s wasting your money. We’d rather lose a sale than talk you into the wrong purchase — the same rule we use when you’re buying. Tell us the symptom and we’ll tell you what we think it’s worth.
