Infrared saunas for homes, gyms and recovery rooms
Infrared saunas for homes, gyms and recovery rooms
Dynamic is the value line built by Golden Designs Inc., the California sauna manufacturer that has been building infrared cabins since 2008. Where the Golden Designs label carries the premium models, Dynamic covers the same core technology — full-spectrum infrared heating, Canadian hemlock construction, low-EMF heater options — at a lower price.
That makes it the line most home buyers and small facilities end up in. The cabin is the same idea; what changes is the heater package and the trim.
Infrared saunas are a small market with a lot of near-identical listings. These are the four differences that actually matter once the cabin is standing in the room.
Dynamic cabins use FAR infrared panels. Full-spectrum models add near and mid infrared emitters alongside the FAR panels, which is the version to choose if you want the shorter wavelengths as well as deep heat. FAR-only is the simpler and cheaper cabin.
EMF output is the specification buyers ask about most and the one that is hardest to compare across listings, because it is quoted at different distances. Dynamic publishes low-EMF and ultra-low-EMF variants — ask for the figure for the specific model rather than assuming it from the badge.
The cabin itself is Canadian hemlock, the standard wood in this price band: stable, light, and tolerant of the humidity an infrared cabin produces. It is not cedar, and the price reflects that.
These are indoor cabins. They can sit on carpet or hard floor in a basement, spare room, master bath or a gym recovery room, provided the ceiling height and the door swing work. Measure the room before you pick a capacity.
Not standing stock. We do not keep this brand on the floor as inventory, so there is no price tag to read. Tell us what you are looking for and we will confirm availability, current pricing and lead time — and say plainly if a brand we do stock covers the same job for less.
Tell us the capacity you need and the room it is going into, and we will quote the model that fits and arrange delivery. If you are fitting out a commercial recovery area, say so — the electrical supply and the duty cycle are different from a home cabin.
We have supplied and serviced fitness equipment in New England for over 35 years, and a sauna is equipment, not furniture: heaters fail, controllers need replacing, and someone has to be able to source the parts. Buying through a dealer that also runs a service team means there is a local number to call in year four.
It also means the recommendation is not a catalogue reading. A two-person cabin and a four-person cabin are different electrical jobs, and an infrared cabin in a basement behaves differently from one in a gym recovery room. We would rather ask about the room than sell you the wrong box.

We are a New England fitness equipment dealer based in Manchester, New Hampshire. We supply home gyms, commercial facilities, hotels, schools and physical therapy clinics across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island and Connecticut — and we service every brand we sell.
Because we both sell and service the equipment, the advice you get is not shaped by what happens to be in stock. If a machine is wrong for your space, your traffic or your budget, we will say so.
Tell us the room, the traffic and the budget and we will tell you what actually fits — including when the honest answer is that you do not need to spend as much as you think. Call, email, or request a quote and we will come back to you.
