The rail sits at a 1.7° angle with an ergonomic seat, which positions you for proper rowing form and supports hip and spine alignment rather than letting you slump into the pull.
The device holder swivels, so you can follow in-app rowing classes or turn the screen for off-rower workouts, and the rower folds for storage between sessions.
