COMMERCIAL SERVICE — NEW ENGLAND

Commercial Gym Equipment Service & Maintenance

A broken machine in a member facility is not an inconvenience — it is a refund request, a bad review and a cancelled workout. We run service and preventive maintenance for gyms, boutique studios, apartment complexes, hotels, schools, PT clinics and sports teams across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island and Connecticut.

Equipment down right now? Call — we answer.

A Service Company That Also Supplies the Equipment

Most facilities deal with two companies: one that sells the machines and one that fixes them. We do both, for every manufacturer — so when a part is discontinued we know what replaces it, and when a machine is beyond repair we can price the replacement rather than leave you guessing.

  • All manufacturers serviced, including the brands we don’t sell
  • Our own full-time technicians — not a subcontracted call-out
  • One point of contact across multiple sites

What a Service Program Covers

Facilities don’t usually need a repair — they need the machine to still be working on Saturday morning. That is what scheduled service buys you.

  • Scheduled preventive maintenance visits
  • Priority response for contracted facilities
  • Consolidated billing across multiple locations
  • New-equipment installation and decommissioning
  • Warranty coordination with the manufacturer
  • Equipment audits and replacement planning
  • Belt, deck and wear-item scheduling before failure
  • Group cycling, cardio floor and strength floor coverage

How It Works

1. Tell Us What's Wrong

Fill out the form or call. Brand, model and a description of the symptom is enough to start.

2. We Come Out and Diagnose It

We figure out the part it needs. You tell us if you want it fixed or repaired.

3. We Fix It

We come out to replace the parts, and repair it.

Local Service Across New England

We’re a mobile service team. We come to you — there’s no shop to drive to, and no shipping damage to argue about. We cover a roughly two-to-three-hour area across Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and parts of Vermont and Maine.

Just outside the area? Call anyway — if we can help, we will, and if we can’t we’ll tell you straight.

Planned Maintenance Beats Emergency Calls

An emergency call is the most expensive way to maintain equipment: the machine is already down, the members have already noticed, and you are paying for a visit that a scheduled one would have absorbed.

The point of a maintenance schedule is that failures land in the calendar instead of on a Saturday morning. Tell us how many machines you run and how many hours a week they see, and we will propose a visit frequency rather than a fixed package.

Repair It or Replace It? We'll Tell You Honestly.

Sometimes a repair is the right call and sometimes it’s wasting your money. We’d rather lose a sale than talk you into the wrong purchase — the same rule we use when you’re buying. Tell us the symptom and we’ll tell you what we think it’s worth.

Service Questions

Do you offer service contracts?

Contracted facilities get priority over one-off calls, on the same 12 to 36 hour target and same-day where we can.

Yes — consolidated billing across sites is part of the program.

Yes. Installation, decommissioning and warranty coordination are all part of what we do.

Yes — gyms, boutique studios, apartment complexes, hotels, schools, PT clinics and pro teams.

Yes. We will go through the floor, list what is serviceable and what is near end of life, and give you a replacement order to work from.

No. Parts are ordered per service call — stocking every manufacturer would mean carrying an unreasonable amount of inventory.
