TREADMILL REPAIR — NEW ENGLAND

Treadmill Repair & Service Across New England

A treadmill is the hardest-worked machine in most homes and gyms: a belt running over a deck at speed, a motor under load, and an incline system that moves every session. When one of those fails the machine is unusable, and it is usually one part rather than the whole unit. We diagnose and repair treadmills on site — home and commercial — across New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Maine, Vermont, Rhode Island and Connecticut.

Equipment down right now? Call — we answer.

A Repair Company That Also Sells Treadmills

We sell treadmills from Aviron, Spirit Fitness, Intenza, Echelon, BodyCraft, Circle, 3G Cardio and Star Trac — and we repair those and every brand we don’t sell. That matters most when a machine is older: we can tell you whether the part still exists before you pay for a call-out.

  • Belts and decks — the wear items on any home treadmill
  • Motors, controllers and incline systems on commercial units
  • Consoles and touchscreens that stop responding

What We Fix on a Treadmill

Most treadmill faults fall into a handful of groups. Tell us the brand, the model and what it is doing and we can usually narrow it down before we arrive.

  • Belt replacement, tracking and tension
  • Deck wear, lubrication and deck replacement
  • Drive motor and motor controller faults
  • Incline motor, stuck incline and incline calibration
  • Console, display, touchscreen and button faults
  • Speed sensor and reed switch
  • Safety key and emergency stop circuit
  • Power faults, tripped breakers and machines that are dead
  • Folding mechanism, gas shock and latch
  • Frame noise, side rails and handrails

How It Works

1. Tell Us What's Wrong

Fill out the form or call. Brand, model and a description of the symptom is enough to start.

2. We Come Out and Diagnose It

We figure out the part it needs. You tell us if you want it fixed or repaired.

3. We Fix It

We come out to replace the parts, and repair it.

Local Service Across New England

We’re a mobile service team. We come to you — there’s no shop to drive to, and no shipping damage to argue about. We cover a roughly two-to-three-hour area across Massachusetts and New Hampshire, and parts of Vermont and Maine.

Just outside the area? Call anyway — if we can help, we will, and if we can’t we’ll tell you straight.

Home Treadmill or Gym Treadmill?

The same model number can fail in completely different ways depending on who uses it. A home treadmill usually dies slowly — a slipping belt, a worn deck, a squeak that becomes a grind. A gym treadmill fails under load: overheating motors, controllers that trip, inclines that stop moving.

Tell us roughly how many hours a week the machine runs and we will tell you what we expect to find, and whether a repair is the sensible spend or whether the money is better put toward a replacement.

Repair It or Replace It? We'll Tell You Honestly.

Sometimes a repair is the right call and sometimes it’s wasting your money. We’d rather lose a sale than talk you into the wrong purchase — the same rule we use when you’re buying. Tell us the symptom and we’ll tell you what we think it’s worth.

Service Questions

Can you repair a treadmill you didn't sell?

Yes. We service every brand, whether or not the machine came from us.

We aim for 12 to 36 hours, and we try for the same day or the next day.

Often yes — if the frame and motor are sound, a belt and deck is a sensible spend. If the controller is obsolete we will tell you before you commit any money.

Yes — gyms, hotels, schools, apartment complexes and clinics, on the same 12 to 36 hour target.

No. Parts are ordered for each service call, which is why we ask for the brand and model up front.

Yes. We handle delivery and installation as well as repair.

Yes. Aviron, Echelon and other tablet-connected machines are on the list of equipment we service.

Brand, model and a description of the symptom is enough to start. Photos of the console or the fault help if it is intermittent.

Do You Need This Instead?

If the frame or motor is beyond saving, or the part is no longer made, we will say so and give you options rather than sell you a repair that won’t last. Browse treadmills by type:
