Description
The SportsArt DS972 is a dual-stack functional trainer with an adjustable pulley ratio of 1:2 or 1:4 — which is what separates it from a fixed-ratio cable machine. Switching to 1:4 makes a lighter stack feel heavier; 1:2 gives longer travel and faster movement. In practice, one machine covers slow heavy pressing and fast rotational work without swapping equipment.
Dual stacks mean two people can train at once, which matters on a commercial floor where a single-stack trainer becomes a bottleneck at peak times. Cable machines also change over in seconds, so the DS972 suits group training, personal training and rehab alongside conventional strength work.
Built for commercial use. We deliver, install and service SportsArt equipment across New England.
