Hydrating

The need for water cannot be overstated. Regardless, of the temperature outside. Obviously, when it is really hot outside you are want to keep a closer eye on yourself and others to make sure that you are all properly hydrated.

In order for your body to function properly, it needs water. If it is warm or hot outside and you are spending time outdoors(regardless of how much you are sweating) you will need even more fluids to keep your body properly hydrated.

Over the past few weeks, the temperatures have ranged from low to mid 90’s. Factoring in the humidity the heat index has brought the temperatures into the triple digits.

Therefore, the need for water is even higher than normal. You don’t have to be working out or exercising for your body to need water. Please be careful and safe wherever you may be and hydrate often.
